This duplex apartment is in an ideal location in Puerto Pollensa.  It is on the ground and first floor, has 3 bedrooms and a shared swimming pool.  It is located in the Boquer area of the town, two minutes back from the Pine Walk (the seafront walkway) and beach and 5 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants of the town.

There are views of the Boquer hills behind and  across to the Formentor peninsula in front.

On the ground floor there is a large open-plan kitchen/living area. There is also a small utility area with a washing machine and a downstairs bathroom with toilet and handbasin. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one with bunk beds), each with a balcony, and two bathrooms, one of them en-suite which has been completely renovated and a fantastic shower has been installed, and the another which has a shower.

There is a safe, wifi, English sattelite TV and hot/cold air conditioning in the living area and in each bedroom.

To the front there is a patio area, with table and chairs and a lawned area with a built in barbecue. The shared pool is to the rear of the property and there is a parking space also to the rear, though the road is very quiet and has plenty of parking space.
